I believe the hotel should consider offering guests a complementary pack of bread and butter, especially for early departures. the family restaurant seemed unstaffed during my visit, making dining a bit tricky. On the bright side, the road touch location does make it easy to find. But for longer stays, I may recommend looking elsewhere for more convenience.

Convenient location with potential for improvement
The hotel's road touch location was convenient for a short stopover, but several issues need to be addressed, including tap leakages, unresponsiveness of staff, and lack of basic amenities like hot water and hand soap. There is a lot of potential for improvement.
